Butt Kickers
Mountain Climbers
Good Mornings
Active Recovery
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Get as far as you can in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 minutes (resting 1 minute between each and starting from the begging each time)
10 Burpees
20 Squat Taps
30 Plank Reaches
40 Bicycle Crunches
50 High Knees
60 Jumping Jacks
